About Us

Nimesh Patel is the President of PhaseCore, a telecom-focused architecture and engineering firm built on a foundation of trust, teamwork, and more than 40 years of combined industry experience. His career in wireless telecommunications spans over two decades and includes extensive experience in site acquisition, landlord coordination, permitting, and project management, in addition to A&E leadership roles. He spent nine years building and leading a full engineering department for a major telecom company—an experience that shaped his ability to bridge site development, design, and execution while fostering strong, bonded teams that deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Nimesh grew up in beautiful Lake Tahoe, where the mountains helped instill a lifelong appreciation for hard work, balance, and community. That upbringing continues to influence his leadership style today, grounded in accountability, collaboration, and respect for relationships with clients, municipalities, landlords, and project partners.

After many years working alongside talented professionals across the telecom industry, Nimesh founded PhaseCore with individuals he has had the pleasure of collaborating with—bringing together a team with decades of combined architecture, engineering, and site acquisition experience.

Outside of leading a growing firm, Nimesh is a devoted husband and father of two. Family is at the center of everything he does. When he’s not guiding projects or supporting his team, he enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife and kids—recharging in the same way he learned growing up in Tahoe.

Grounded, experienced, and relationship-driven, Nimesh leads PhaseCore with the belief that people, trust, and communication are at the core of every successful project and every successful company.
